We keep it simple. For a new partner client, we analyze all the pain points. Then we create a plan and set goals. After we start, the plan and goals are systematically reviewed at regular intervals to ensure we are on the right path. There is always a scope of improvement. Together with our clients we review and fine tune processes. We assign ownership and responsibility to a Client Service Manager who looks after all the client needs. This person takes the responsibility to ensure all the processes for the partner client is running smooth. This ownership and individual attention helps with great communication between the team on both the sides. We leverage the knowledge and experience acquired over many years to package it well and deliver results to our clients. When creating a team for our clients we mix experience and talent well to deliver an optimized performance.
